I received my degree in massage therapy at The Lauterstein-Conway Massage School. Through yearly workshops and various sessions I continue to develop and further my skills in all aspects of massage therapy.

Prior to attending the Lauterstein-Conway Massage School, I worked in the field of early childhood education. I hold a Bachelor of Arts from the San Francisco State University in the field of Speech Communication. I am a mother of three lovely girls. My hobbies include tennis, volleyball, running, cooking, and travel.

It is my goal to provide my clients with a high quality massage through the proper balance of touch and techniques that will help relieve their stresses and promote wellness of mind and body.
